RESPEC Announces Leadership Expansion and New Organizational Structure

RESPEC is proud to announce a transformative leadership and organizational update as the company transitions into seven focused market sectors, effective January 1, 2025. This strategic alignment ensures RESPEC’s continued growth and dedication to delivering exceptional client solutions.

At the helm of this change, Jason Love steps into the combined role of CEO and President, succeeding Todd Kenner, who exits as CEO and Board Member on December 31, 2024. “This structure and team reflect our vision for the future,” said Love. “We are poised to deliver innovative solutions while building on RESPEC’s legacy of excellence.”

The company’s seven market sectors and their respective leaders include:

  • Data & Technology: Megan L. Chaddick, Senior Vice President, continues to lead cutting-edge technology and data solutions.
  • EARTHRES: Jan Hutwelker, Senior Vice President, now leads RESPEC’s delivery of client services in Solid Waste, Energy, Mining, and Environmental from new offices in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
  • Mining & Energy: Jay R. Nopola, Senior Vice President, continues to drive advancements in energy and mining.
  • Water & Environment: Russell A. Persyn, Senior Vice President, continues to lead impactful water resource initiatives.
  • Facilities: Danny T. Rauchenstein, Senior Vice President, now spearheads development in facility design and management.
  • Transportation: Mike Rabe, Senior Vice President, advances transportation projects and strategic planning.
  • Land Development: John Wojdak, Senior Vice President, now drives design for diverse private, public, and governmental projects, from urban infill redevelopments to large-scale master-planned communities.

Additional leadership appointments include:

  • Jason Miller, Chief Administrative Officer, leads organizational operations and critical functions.
  • Steve Steinheimer, Managing Director – Talent Development, focuses on workforce growth and leadership cultivation.
  • Matt Emerson, Regional Director – Alaska, is responsible for expanding RESPEC’s regional presence and operations.
  • Jared Narlock, Director of People and Culture, oversees RESPEC’s people and organizational development and strategies.
