RESPEC has been providing Landfill Gas Management System Engineering and Support to this site for over 15 years.

Project Highlights

• Provided landfill gas wellfield and surface methane monitoring in accordance with NSPS requirements
• Developed reports to provide monitoring results and corrective action plans, as needed
• Evaluated existing gas collection and control system and provided recommendations and design support for increased collection efficiency to maximize available LFG to the sites LFGTE facility
• Analyzed gas system data and propose operational changes to minimize need for maintenance activities
• Provided operator training to site personnel for gas well monitoring and adjustments
• Optimized the gas system performance and improved odor control at the site
• Evaluated the Gas Management System Header Flow Distribution and provided design recommendations for increase efficiency
• Provided detailed design for the addition of vertical and horizontal gas collectors and associated collection piping
