RESPEC PROJECT

The new industrial park in the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico, is a 900-acre expansion of the Los Morros Business Park containing a Facebook data center and Walmart distribution center.

The Huning Ranch Business Park land is currently the property of Valencia County. Huning LLLP contracted RESPEC in 2019 to orchestrate the land’s annexation into the Villages of Los Lunas so that the village can provide proper water and sewer services to the site. RESPEC is also helping the park meet industrial zoning requirements so corporations can legally build on the land.

The project is still ongoing as RESPEC continues to coordinate with the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico Department of Transportation, utility service providers, and adjacent property owners to complete the annexation and zoning. Once completed, the project will allow the industrial park to fully develop to the benefit of the Village of Los Lunas.
